Today, North Korea is the most dangerous country on earth and the greatest threat to U.S. security. For years, the bizarre regime in Pyongyang has issued an unending stream of claims that a U.S. and South Korean invasion is imminent, while declaring that it will defeat this offensive just as -- according to official propaganda -- it overcame the unprovoked American attack in 1950. Often the press releases from the official North Korean news agency are absurdly funny, and American policymakers tend to ignore them as a result. Continuing to do so, though, could be dangerous as events and rhetoric turn even more ominous.	Hiện nay Bắc Triều Tiên là quốc gia nguy hiểm nhất trên trái đất và là mối đe dọa lớn nhất đối với an ninh của Mỹ. Nhiều năm qua, chế độ kỳ dị ở Bình Nhưỡng liên tục tuyên bố Mỹ và Hàn Quốc đang chuẩn bị một cuộc xâm lược, đồng thời khẳng định Bắc Triều Tiên sẽ đánh bại cụộc tấn công này như đã từng đánh bại hành động xâm lược vô cớ của Mỹ năm 1950. Thông thường các thông cáo báo chí của hãng thông tấn chính thức ở Bắc Triều Tiên rất lố bịch và nực cười, do đó các nhà hoạch định chính – sách và các nhà chiến lược của Chính phủ Mỹ có xu hướng bỏ qua các tuyên bố đó. Nhưng tiếp tục thái độ như vậy có thể rất nguy hiểm khi các sự kiện và tuyên bố dẫn đến những hành động bất ngờ.

Trong buổi viết bài cuối tháng hôm 29/3/2013 tại Câu lạc bộ bồi dưỡng năng khiếu Văn của Lớp 4 Trí Đức,  cô Nguyệt Anh ra đề: “Nhập vai một em nhỏ có bố là thuyền viên trên chiếc tàu đánh cá của Việt Nam vừa bị Trung Quốc bắn cháy ca-bin, con hãy viết một bức thư gửi nhà lãnh đạo Trung Quốc để bộc lộ những cảm xúc và ước mong”.	During a fostering session on March 29th 2013 at the Trí Đức Club for Grade 4 schoolchildren of Literature gift, Mrs. Nguyet Anh asked her students to write a composition in the form of a letter with the topic: "Imagine you are a child whose father is a crew member aboard the Vietnamese fishing vessel which was shot by Chinese people and whose cabin was consequently on fire, write a letter to the Chinese leaders to express your feelings and opinions."
