The General Assembly,
Welcoming the adoption by the Human Rights Council, in its
resolution 16/1 of 23 March 2011, of the United Nations Declaration on Human
Rights Education and Training,

1. Adopts the United Nations Declaration on
Human Rights Education and Training annexed to the present resolution;
2. Invites Governments, agencies and
organizations of the United Nations system, and intergovernmental and
non-governmental organizations to intensify their efforts to disseminate the
Declaration and to promote universal respect and
understanding thereof, and requests the Secretary-General
to include the text of the Declaration in the next edition of Human Rights: A Compilation of
International Instruments.

1. Thông qua Tuyên ngôn Liên hợp quốc về giáo dục và đào
tạo về nhân quyền, đính kèm theo nghị quyết này;
2. Mời các chính phủ, các cơ quan và các tổ chức của hệ
thống Liên Hiệp Quốc, và liên chính phủ và phi chính phủ tăng cường nỗ lực nhằm
phổ biến Tuyên bố này và thúc đẩy sự tôn trọng và sự hiểu phổ quát tuyên ngôn
này, và yêu cầu Tổng thư ký đưa văn bản Tuyên bố vào trong phiên bản tiếp
theo của Nhân quyền: Thiết lập các Công cụ Quốc tế.
